About the Position We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Interim HR Consultant / Senior HR Business Partner for an assignment of approximately six months starting immediately. The role is based at the office in Sollentuna and involves comprehensive and qualified HR responsibilities in a business with a strong focus on growth and development. You will work both operationally and strategically in close collaboration with management, managers, and the HR team, contributing expertise in labor law, organizational development, and talent management. Responsibilities • Provide operational HR support to managers and HR team, and act as a senior advisor and sounding board for complex personnel issues • Handle labor law matters, drive ongoing HR projects, and contribute to the development of HR processes • Conduct skills inventory and organizational analysis through interviews and mapping of key roles and future needs • Support international HR issues related to establishment and personnel deployment in Europe • Serve as a strategic support to the management group and regional managers on matters related to competence, structure, and change Suitable Background • We are seeking candidates who have: • Several years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager • Background from larger, operational organizations • Excellent knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience collaborating with union parties • Experience with international HR issues within Europe, preferably focused on establishments or expat matters • Relevant academic education in HR, personnel management, or equivalent Personal Characteristics To succeed in the role, you are a confident, communicative, and relationship-building person with genuine interest in the business and people. You have a strategic holistic perspective but also enjoy being hands-on in daily work. You are analytical, structured, and comfortable driving processes independently. With your experience and confidence in the HR role, you become a natural sounding board and appreciated collaboration partner for both managers and colleagues.
