As an HR strategist, you will have a challenging assignment and the opportunity to influence an organization in transition. The Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) is seeking a self-driven and senior HR strategist with deep expertise in labor law, leadership, and change communication for a fixed-term position of 2 months starting December 1, with the possibility of extension. As an HR strategist at UHR, you will work both strategically and operationally to develop and drive issues related to leadership development, HR processes, and organizational development. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supporting managers in change management and change communication • Assisting managers with labor law issues • Assisting the HR manager in MBL negotiations and preparation of documentation • Independently conducting management training and workshops on change management • Other tasks that may arise • You will be part of an engaged and passionate HR team where you will collaboratively create a work environment characterized by cooperation and development. The HR unit is part of the department for operational support, and in your role, you will report to the HR manager. Qualifications: • You have an academic degree in human resources and labor relations or behavioral science • At least 7 years of current experience in providing qualified support to managers on complex HR issues • Since this is a fixed-term position, you need to already possess current knowledge of government regulations and have extensive experience in change management, leadership development, MBL, and labor law issues • You are analytical, structured, and have a strong ability to work independently • You have current experience in developing and implementing governing documents, methods, decision support materials, and support resources • You have a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish Desirable: • Personal experience in a leadership role, such as team leader or manager • Education in occupational health and safety • Current experience in facilitating and conducting workshops Personal qualities: You are responsible, analytical, and structure your work approach to drive processes forward. You have the ability to think long-term and see the bigger picture. You easily build trusting relationships, adapt your message to your audience, and communicate constructively.
