About the job
As a developer in the IT department, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of new and existing systems and services. You will be part of an agile cross-functional development team with full capability to deliver complete solutions in close collaboration with the business. Your main expertise lies in full-stack development, and you will also contribute generally to achieving the team's set goals.
The team's technical environment includes, among other things, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, accessibility, Java, Node.js/npm/gulp version control with GIT, as well as performance analysis and SEO.

You will belong to the IT department, located in Malmö, where approximately 80 colleagues are waiting to collaborate with you.
About you

In this job, you should:
- Have good collaboration skills, be helpful, and have a positive demeanor
- Have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible, and open to change
- Have strong problem-solving skills, recognize patterns, and be able to make delimitations
- Have a structured and methodical approach to work
- Express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
You should also have:
- A degree in IT from a university or college (at least 180 credits), preferably in System Development or IT Engineering, or another education deemed equivalent. Alternatively, several years of relevant work experience in the IT field.
- Several years of relevant experience in frontend and full-stack development (focus on CMS/web)
- Current and relevant experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Current and relevant experience in Java, npm, Node.js
- Current and relevant experience in gulp, version control in git, performance analysis (e.g., Google Lighthouse), SEO
- Current and relevant experience in accessible development (WCAG)
It is desirable that you have several years of relevant work experience in an agile working method (Scrum), Sitevision CMS, as well as CI/CD, automated test suites, and application monitoring. It is also desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in UX/UI.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision is made. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
