Property and Land Unit Management

Your Responsibilities
As a senior property manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing various property objects
- Contract management and negotiations
- Communication with tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Maintenance planning
- Procurement and project management of minor reinvestment projects
- Site visits
- Invoice administration and financial control
- Collaboration with property lawyers when necessary
You will communicate both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders. Depending on your experience, you may also be responsible for investigation, collaboration, or process-related issues. Project management and financial experience will be beneficial.
Your Profile
- Comprehensive documented experience in property management
- Eager to learn and contribute to organized, equitable, and sustainable municipal management
- Comfortable communicating with citizens and stakeholders
- Strong collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt communication style
- Organized and structured work approach
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in property management
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Digital information management skills
- Valid driver's license (B)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement law
- Property law expertise
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Certified property manager
