Senior ESW Integration Lead

About the Role: As a Senior Integration Lead, you will set the direction for development timing, maturity, and integration steps. You'll coordinate project inputs, establish development gates, and ensure the seamless progression of functionality from concept to customer release. You will also help design and implement the baseline process that will drive excellence across our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage timelines for each product introduction window • Define baseline content and delivery milestones • Set and monitor product maturity standards • Track progress and ensure content readiness for customer release • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and System Owners to align project roadmaps and deliverables Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience in systems integration, including at least 2 years in a leadership role • In-depth knowledge of the software release process within Volvo Group • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
