• Collaborate with Information Security and divisional stakeholders to define metrics, measurement logic, thresholds, and data sources.
• Design, build, and maintain operational and executive dashboards in Splunk using SPL, data models, and visualization best practices.
• Validate data quality and coverage by monitoring log ingestion, normalization, field extraction, tagging, and cataloging processes.
• Integrate CMDB data to evaluate asset coverage, ownership, and documentation accuracy.
• Automate reporting processes through scheduled reports, alerts, and SLA/OLA compliance dashboards.
• Manage the full dashboard lifecycle, including version control (Git-based), standards, documentation, and access control.
• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, conduct demos and reviews, train users, and promote dashboard adoption.
• Continuously enhance the measurement framework by identifying metric gaps, improving performance, and standardizing dashboards across business divisions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and security policies in all dashboard and reporting activities.
What you bring:
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Splunk dashboard development, including SPL, data models, tokens, drilldowns, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to define and design KPIs/KRIs from security controls, risk appetite, and OKRs.
• Strong understanding of log data from network and security components (e.g., firewalls, SIEM/SOAR environments).
• Experience with data modeling, normalization (e.g., CIM), field extraction, and integration of diverse data sources.
• Familiarity with CMDB systems such as ServiceNow, including data quality, ownership, and configuration item relationships.
• Advanced SPL/SQL logic and visualization design skills, including effective metric storytelling and performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Professional-level English proficiency; Swedish is an advantage.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:

• Knowledge of security and governance frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, and OKR-based performance management.
• Scripting or ETL experience (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation and data transformation.
• Background in data quality management, including DQ rules, coverage metrics, and data lineage.
• Splunk performance tuning expertise with accelerated data models, summary indexing, quotas, and retention management
