**Assignment Description:**
We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
**What you will work on:**
- Lead complex, cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen global security capabilities across products, platforms, and connected services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulations, and technical direction.
- Coordinate architecture, requirements, and technical decisions across multiple teams and international stakeholders.
- Improve cybersecurity processes, frameworks, and governance models to enhance security maturity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including secure development practices.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, security, and leadership teams.
- Handle communication, stakeholder alignment, and escalation management in a global, multi-brand environment.
- Provide structured reporting on project progress, risks, dependencies, and overall cybersecurity posture.
**What you bring:**
- 7+ years of experience as a senior project manager driving large, complex technical initiatives, ideally within automotive, IT, cybersecurity, or embedded systems.
- Strong ability to navigate global stakeholder landscapes and multi-brand environments.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles across product, system, and IT/OT domains.
- Experience with secure development lifecycles, risk management, threat modeling, and certification processes.
- Confidence in discussing and challenging cybersecurity architecture across hardware, software, cloud, and connectivity.
- Experience setting up or improving security-related processes, frameworks, and governance models.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 (preferred).
- Experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) or safety-related development (preferred).
- Background in automotive, embedded systems, or large-scale industrial systems (preferred).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or SAFe (preferred).
- Structured, proactive, and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization without formal authority, building strong relationships across functions.
- High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive security information.
