**What We Are Looking For**
We are expanding our process excellence capabilities within Solita’s Design & Strategy. To achieve this, we seek an experienced and motivated process mining professional who is passionate about making an impact. Join us if you believe that the opportunities presented by process mining are not fully leveraged and that significant achievements can be made – and you are the person who can guide our clients in this endeavor.
In this role, your projects will focus on data-driven process discovery, conformance checking, process (re-)design, and process analysis (e.g., variants, root cause, impact of change) to enhance business value through data and AI. Key tasks will include implementing and utilizing process mining tools, data extraction, designing data models and dashboards, conducting process and root cause analyses, identifying improvements, and supporting clients with data-driven process enhancements. You will be the guide for our customers in implementing their chosen process mining tools and helping them maximize their potential.
You will typically manage multiple client projects simultaneously and work closely with our transformation, process excellence, and data & AI experts.

As we develop our approach in this area, you will have various topics to further enhance your expertise, such as process redesign, process governance, process innovation, change management, value-driven design, and more! Together, we will share exciting developments in process excellence, business transformation, data, and related topics. We believe that at its best, process mining transcends mere efficiency improvements and focuses on aligning process enhancements with overarching strategic goals, ensuring that efforts translate into tangible value for various business stakeholders.
**What We Hope You Bring**
- Holistic thinking and the ability to “connect the dots” and the people
- A curious attitude, strong drive for better performance, and the ability to learn quickly
- Experience with leading process mining tools such as Celonis, ARIS, or SAP Signavio
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, data transformation, and data analytics
- Familiarity with database technologies, ETL, and programming languages (Java, Python, R)
- A relevant educational background that enables success in the position
- An interest in consultative client work and creating lasting impact
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of and interest in design thinking and methodology
- Fluency in English
**As a Bonus, You Might Also Have**
- Experience with typical process mining candidate processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Supply Chain, etc.
- Previous consulting experience
- Knowledge or experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their data structures
