Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Transformation Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead complex, cross-functional business transformation projects across processes, functions, and organizations
• Manage multiple projects in parallel with responsibility for scoping, planning, execution and delivery
• Implement new ways of working through tools, systems, processes and organizational changes
• Prepare, align and present project proposals, status, and decisions in project governance forums
• Build, lead and motivate project teams while fostering a trusting, inclusive and collaborative environment
• Execute projects in line with defined processes supporting people, processes, tools and data
• Communicate and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a global network
• Create and deliver business cases and secure alignment with business objectives
• Understand and manage interdependencies across supply chain, operations and business needs
• Drive project progress effectively in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Report project progress and tollgate status to the Steering Group
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption and implementation
• Act as an ambassador for the business solution and translate business needs into IT requirements

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional transformation or value-stream projects
• Strong ability to lead teams, build trust, and motivate people in a multicultural environment
• Experience delivering projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to create business cases and articulate project value and outcomes
• Understanding of supply chain, operations and business interdependencies
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and support new ways of working
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable input for IT development
