We are looking for a Senior/Business Risk Manager with a focus on Risk Management for BCCM Process Oversight and Controls. The role is permanent and can be based in Sweden.
About our team
Meet the BCCM Process, Oversight and Controls team. Our role is to support decision-makers with oversight on BCCM risk through improved governance with controls, reporting, and frameworks to ensure efficient processes, robust issue management, gap identification, and clear escalation processes.
Our team is international with diverse backgrounds, and we are currently based in both Sweden and Finland. We are looking for a Business Risk Manager with a focus on Risk Management. This role will contribute to enhancing BCCM risk management and governance together with the framework driver in our team.

Main responsibilities in this role:
* Support various framework initiatives and regulatory assessments/analysis
* Collaborate with the framework driver in coordinating the internal rules processes for BCCM risk oversight
* Take ownership and continuously develop appointed framework areas to support BCCM risk management development
* Drive collaboration with various stakeholders in adjacent risk areas and frameworks within Nordea to identify and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within Business Continuity and Crisis Management and promoting resilience thinking

Your background and skills include:
* Experience working with non-financial risk management topics for a regulated company
* Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
* Experience working quickly and efficiently on new topics with a high level of complexity
* Fluency in English at a professional level
