On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Business Controller for an assignment within a global R&D operation in Södertälje. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on November 17, 2025, and run until June 30, 2026.
**About the Assignment**
In the role of Business Controller, you will be part of a global management team and be responsible for supporting the organization in all financial processes such as budgeting, financial planning, follow-up, and reporting. You are expected to work independently with a focus on driving development, analyzing results, and contributing to improved efficiency in the area.
You will closely collaborate with both management and colleagues in the organization and play a central role in ensuring quality and precision in financial decisions. The role will also involve recurring presentations to management teams, which requires strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:
- At least 8–10 years of experience in controlling
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working in Power BI, EPM Cloud, and SAP
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, or industrial economics
It is a merit if you also meet the following requirements:
- Experience with financial processes in larger organizations
