You will be a key person in our efforts to modernize and streamline our BI solutions, transitioning from traditional structures to modern, scalable platforms based on Microsoft technology.
Your main responsibilities

- Understand and structure data within retail, sales, inventory, and finance to create reliable decision-making support.
- Collaborate with controlling, business, and IT to translate needs into technical and analytical solutions.
- Contribute to the further development of our BI architecture and establish best practices in modeling, performance, and quality assurance.
We offer 🧡
A role where you will work at the heart of our data platform and be involved in the entire chain, from source systems to finished reports. You will be part of an engaged team where technology, business, and analysis meet, and where your ideas can truly influence how we work with data. We are located in modern premises in Stadshagen and work in a hybrid model, with at least three days a week in the office. You will be welcomed to Pernilla's team, Head of Master Data Architecture.
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in BI development in a Microsoft environment and who thrives in a setting where you can both build new solutions and improve existing ones. You enjoy combining technology with business understanding and have a structured approach to your work.
We believe you have:
- Excellent knowledge of SSAS (both Multidimensional and Tabular)
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI – modeling, DAX, and visualization
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
- Good knowledge of MDX, DAX, SSIS, and Excel/VBA
- Experience working with retail, sales, inventory, or financial data
- An analytical mindset and understanding of how data can drive the business forward
Experience working with Azure or other cloud-based solutions is a plus.
Our recruitment process
We are excited that you are interested in applying for the role with us! We understand that applying for jobs can feel challenging, especially in times when competition is high and many applications are submitted. However, in reality, we can usually only welcome one new colleague per role, which unfortunately means that several strong candidates may not progress – even if they have much to offer.
It is important to us that you feel secure about how the process works. Therefore, we want to be transparent about our selection process. We always make a comprehensive assessment of the application. Of course, we look at CVs and experiences, but that is not the only factor that matters. When we recruit, we base our decisions on a clear requirement profile that we share in the advertisement. Your responses to the selection questions – and sometimes even test results – are also considered in our assessment. In cases of many applications, those parts can become decisive, so please take a little extra time to fill out the selection questions carefully before submitting.
In addition, we also look at how experiences and competencies match the needs and context we currently have in the team. This way, we aim to provide each candidate with as fair and transparent a process as possible.
Your application
In your application, we would like to have your CV or your LinkedIn profile. Cover letter? You can skip that! We
