Who are we looking for?
• Relevant 3-year high school education with electrical technology specialization or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of experience working with electricity distribution/distribution preparation
• Previous experience with EBR and preparation training
• Knowledge of connection cases, cable laying, excavation, and earthwork
• Good experience working with excavation contractors and external contractors
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Class B driver's license

As a person, you have the ability to communicate directly and clearly and possess well-developed social skills as there are many points of contact. You need to be meticulous, especially regarding meeting deadlines. As this is a newly established position, it is important that you have previous experience with these tasks and are self-driven.
What does the role involve?
As a senior preparatory professional, you will work on preparing connection cases from planning to implementation, as well as local network projects for electricity network customers. You will become a central part of the organization from the start and help shape work methods and routines for the new contract. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Example tasks:
• Perform preparation/project planning, cable calculations, field measurements, and land surveys
• Compile material lists, work maps, and technical descriptions
• Create cost calculations and prepare underlying documentation
• Calculate material requirements and work hours, and compile construction documentation
• Update documentation throughout the project
• Provide support to field technicians and installation personnel
• Participate in coordination with excavation contractors regarding excavation, cable laying, and restoration work
The work involves extensive contact with clients, suppliers, authorities, landowners, and of course the company's project managers and installers. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, and the office is located in Huddinge, south of Stockholm. This is initially a 6-month consultant position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment with the client company. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial debt information.
