About the role of Senior Salesperson
As a Senior Salesperson at Digital Fox, you will play a central role in driving our growth. You will be responsible for developing our sales towards new customers and contributing to strengthening our position in the market. You will also engage with our largest customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new needs and requests.
You will be part of a team of 16 people who work closely with our customers and with each other – always focused on delivering the best possible solution and customer experience.
Your main responsibilities
• Develop and implement our sales strategy for the public sector – primarily municipalities, independent schools, and private healthcare companies. Identify the most profitable deals and prioritize your work accordingly.
• Prospect and engage new customers through meetings, networking, and proactive sales.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract and handover to delivery.
• Take a proactive responsibility for our largest customers to ensure satisfaction and discover new business opportunities.
Qualifications
• Higher education, preferably in economics, marketing, and sales or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in sales, preferably of complex IT solutions for both public and private sectors.
• Structured – you plan your work and prioritize effectively.
• Quick learner and analytical – you quickly grasp complex solutions and easily absorb new knowledge.
• Good financial understanding – you analyze and reason about business models and profitability.
• Technical understanding – you find it easy to understand and explain complex IT systems.
• Team player – you collaborate well and contribute to an open and unpretentious atmosphere.
• Results-oriented – you are driven by achieving set goals and creating measurable results.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience working with the public sector.
• Experience with public procurement and LOU processes.
• Experience in business development.
