**Assignment Description:**
We are looking for a Senior Android Platform & Application Developer to join our dynamic team.
**What you will work on:**
- Develop and maintain Android platform components for next-generation automotive infotainment systems.
- Implement new features in Java/Kotlin and integrate functionality with native layers when needed.
- Drive development of assigned Android work packages, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct thorough design and code reviews to maintain strong software engineering standards.
- Support CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and contribute to continuous automation and documentation improvements.
- Collaborate with customer projects and cross-functional teams to align requirements, implementation, and system integration.
- Lead or contribute to Android OS upgrade initiatives, ensuring smooth migration across versions and compatibility with automotive hardware and applications.
**What you bring:**
- Strong hands-on experience with Android/AOSP platform development.
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin, with C++ experience considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
- Experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of automotive infotainment systems and ability to work effectively in hybrid/embedded environments.
- Proven experience in Android version upgrades, including managing API changes, platform migrations, and validation in automotive contexts.
