We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Senior Account Manager for our office in central Stockholm.

Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key person in Bilendi’s Swedish team. Your focus will be on:
• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing
• Working closely with project managers and production teams to ensure top-class deliveries
• Contributing strategically to our growth in the Swedish market
• Representing Bilendi in meetings, networking, and industry events
Who You Are
We believe that you are a natural relationship builder driven by creating value for both clients and your team. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
• At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably from market research, consulting firms, or other relevant industries
• Documented experience in new sales, with the ability to identify and close new business
• The ability to understand client needs and translate them into concrete solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
• A structured and results-oriented work approach
• An established network and understanding of market activities and market communication is a plus

Location: Kungsgatan 8, Stockholm
Extent: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, which includes 25 diploma courses and regular live lectures. The training provides excellent opportunities to develop your sales techniques and enhance your skills in client dialogues and business development.
