You'll become part of the Swedish sales team of seven people that combines business acumen with genuine collaboration. Your role involves new customer acquisition, long-term customer relationships, and partner sales. The office is centrally located in Gävle, but customers and partners are spread across Sweden and beyond. Offered: • Key role in a growing company • Good development opportunities • Hybrid work • Competitive base salary + bonus and excellent benefits About the Role As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Playipp's sales to new levels through partners and partner relationships. You will: - Build relationships and increase sales through strong partner collaborations - Pitch Playipp solutions to end customers and new partners, penetrating interesting companies through networks and long-term relationship building - Proactively engage customers, drive sales meetings, and close deals together with partners - Manage inbound leads and interest inquiries - Act as project manager in execution phase where colleagues will deliver solutions to customers - Build long-term customer relationships and expand business - Opportunity to think outside the box and find new collaborations, sell internationally, etc. Qualifications: - Approximately +5 years of B2B sales experience - Driven "Hunter" with negotiation experience at C-level - Experienced in value-based software sales - Experience selling to: HR, Marketing, and internal communication - Network within target group in Sweden - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Geographically located within 1 hour of Gävle, with mandatory office presence 2-3 days per week - Ability to travel up to 10 days/month Preferred: - Approximately +10 years of B2B experience - Team leader experience - High-performer with consistent budget-breaking track record - Experience selling SaaS solutions to HR, Marketing, and communications professionals - Extensive network in Sweden, Nordic countries, and Europe - Geographically located in Gävle within 30 minutes travel time Personal Characteristics We are looking for someone who is business-oriented, capable of prioritizing, and possesses strong drive.
