Join us in making society possible! About the Job As a manager and leader at the Swedish Tax Agency, you focus on the big picture, create conditions, and act consciously in daily work. You will lead one of three sections working with incoming documents (physical and digital mail) at the document unit of the administrative department. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees, are part of the unit's management group, and report to the unit manager. Your section works with handling incoming documents for the entire agency. The sections have significant responsibility for daily management of the agency's document flow. Your duty station is Malmö. Our operations are in constant development and change. We have a shared view of how leadership contributes to this, how we achieve results, and promote a culture of change. As a manager and leader with us, you drive the development of both operations and leadership. As a manager, you have personnel, budget, and operational responsibility for staff located in multiple locations nationwide. The position includes travel and continuous remote employee supervision. A driver's license is required. You will work very closely with other section managers within Incoming Documents, located in Malmö and Härnösand. About You To perform well and thrive at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be receptive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In the work, good judgment and understanding of legal certainty and security are important. You should also adhere to our employee policy. In this job, you will: - Have the ability to see the big picture with a focus on customer value - Have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission - Have the ability to act consciously in daily life with good self-awareness - Be able to manage and analyze information flows, see connections, define boundaries, and communicate information - Have the ability to communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other You should also have: - University education of 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in public administration, archive/information science, law, or equivalent field of study - Current experience with personnel management - B driver's license It is desirable that you have current and relevant experience from the Swedish Tax Agency or other public administration, preferably in document management. It is also desirable that you have current experience leading and developing employees remotely and experience leading development and change work. Good to Know The position is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. At the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management assignments of up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of up to three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a employment decision.
