Do you want to be one of us? Unit Mission The Employment Service Stockholm Northeast is a unit consisting of two offices with a total of 7 sections. The unit now needs a Section Manager responsible for the Norrtälje office. The unit's mission is to support job seekers on their path to employment or studies – often in close collaboration with municipalities, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Job Description Your role as Section Manager involves operational and personnel responsibility for 15-20 employees. You are responsible for ensuring the section's results meet established goals and expectations. As a Section Manager, you have a crucial task in creating well-functioning work groups and driving and developing the operations together with your employees. You enable good performance, high job satisfaction, and a positive work environment by working in accordance with the Employment Service's management criteria. You promote a culture characterized by trust, openness, and security. Your work occurs significantly in collaboration and cooperation with other section managers in the unit, municipalities, suppliers, and other collaborative partners. You are part of the unit manager's management team and will collectively with this team and other section managers be responsible for the entire unit's results and development. As a Section Manager, you are a role model in living the Employment Service's vision, core values, and direction for employee and management engagement.
