Göta Engineers Regiment (Ing2) Seeks Section Head for Ammunition and Material Section About the Unit The Ammunition and Material Section is responsible for providing the garrison's units with the necessary equipment for their operations. We work with a wide range of materials, from group equipment such as axes, shovels, and tents to ammunition, mine clearance equipment, weapons, and ammunition. Primary Responsibilities As Section Head of the Ammunition and Material Section, you will have personnel management responsibilities and lead staff daily. You will also be responsible for: • Planning the section's activities in both short and long-term perspectives • Maintaining ongoing contact with people inside and outside the unit • Participating in meetings • Managing inventory by ensuring correct material accounting, conducting inventories, and following departure routines • Having knowledge of current regulations and procedures and serving as support for employees in such matters • Supporting employees with various tasks when needed Requirements • Three-year high school education or equivalent knowledge as assessed by the employer • Experience with personnel management • Experience with logistics and material handling in the Armed Forces • Knowledge of the Armed Forces' material and accounting system PRIO/LIFT Meriting Factors • Completed military service, GMU, GUF, or other military training • Forklift certification • ADR competence • Previous experience in storage and/or logistics • Driver's license for manual transmission, C, CE Personal Characteristics Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
