About the Job
As a manager and leader at Skatteverket, you focus on the overall picture, create conditions, and act consciously in everyday work. You are the manager of a newly started section in Personal Taxation Unit 7 at the Personal Taxation Department. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 17 employees located in Borås and Halmstad. As section manager, you are part of the unit's management team and report to the unit manager. The section works with income taxation and employer contributions. Your duty station is Borås or Halmstad.

About You

You should also have:
- A university education of 180 higher education credits (120 credits) or several years of current management experience from a government agency
- Experience in leadership, coordination, or project management
It is desirable that you have management experience in the taxation area at Skatteverket.
Good to Know
The position is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. At Skatteverket, we apply management assignments of up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of up to three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. Travel may be required in the service.
A position with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register control under the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
