Your Role: As Section Manager for Media at Rönnskär, you have overall responsibility for the operation of the leaching plant, treatment plants, sulfuric acid plants, and energy center. Your task is to ensure that operations run efficiently and deliver high-quality results in line with established goals and processes. The role includes personnel and budget responsibility, as well as planning, coordination, and follow-up. You will also drive development and change work within the section, focusing on continuous improvements and long-term sustainability. To succeed in this role, we are looking for a present and communicative leader who builds good relationships and strong collaborations. You are confident in making decisions with the big picture in focus and are adept at creating structure and clarity, even in complex environments. You approach challenges with courage and perseverance, meeting them with a positive and unpretentious attitude. As a leader, you create psychological safety within the group and promote a culture where everyone contributes, develops, and takes responsibility. Your Team: Section Media currently consists of approximately 60 employees. In your role as section manager, you have five direct reports in roles such as unit managers and production engineers. Together, you contribute to stable and efficient operations, where cooperation, responsibility, and commitment are central values. You report to the Production Manager. Your Responsibilities: • Personnel and work environment responsibility for the section. • Responsible for cost and production budgets and ensuring results follow established plans. • Operational responsibility for availability and facility utilization. • Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with legislation, regulations, permits, and authority decisions. • Work with continuous improvements through action plans and follow-up related to work environment and safety. • Drive development and change work within the section. Your Contribution: • University or college education in a relevant field. • Experience in a managerial position with personnel responsibility. • Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. • B driver's license. We would prefer experience in process or basic industry, as well as knowledge or previous experience in development and change work.
