About this role
Your Role
The future presents many exciting challenges, both in development projects for future products and for existing programs.
As the Head of the Maintenance Program section, you will play a crucial role in leading the team that ensures the maintenance programs and Continued Airworthiness Instructions are upheld and maintained, as well as developing methodologies for our aircraft within our permits.
The employees work closely with many functions, such as engineers, technical writers, operators, subcontractors, and authorities.
You will be part of the Design area within Special Mission and Regional Aircraft (SMRA). There, you will belong to one of the functional branches and be part of the management team at the functional level alongside other section heads. As a leader in our organization, you are expected to have a responsive and coaching leadership style, where your primary task is to provide your employees and projects with the conditions necessary for success in their assignments.
You are also expected to have a willingness to contribute to the overall Design area and, over time, work with your colleagues to drive development with a broader focus than your own section.
Main Responsibilities:
* Recruit, lead, and coach your employees.
* Create redundancy in key competencies.
* Ensure that the resource needs from the clients are met.
* Create conditions for the group to perform optimally both now and in the future.
* Ensure that our operations are carried out efficiently and with high quality.
* Develop working methods, processes, and tools together with the rest of the organization.
Currently, employees report to the functional manager as their immediate supervisor, but will now form their own section. As the group is relatively small, with about 10 employees, there may also be opportunities for additional technical disciplines within this section.
Your Profile
As the Head of Maintenance Programs, our expectations are:
* That you possess strong leadership qualities and a great ability to collaborate.

* That you thrive in an environment focused on finding solutions to meet commitments and deliver according to plan.
* That you want to work on improvement and development towards our future.
We will place great emphasis on personal qualities, as we operate in a complex environment with many internal and external contacts.
