Your Role As Section Manager, you will lead a section of 9 dedicated employees working on material technology issues from a lifecycle perspective within the development organization. The work includes testing various materials and explosives to analyze aging properties and investigate material compatibility. You will be responsible for driving the section's strategic and operational development, coaching and following up on employees, ensuring resource planning, skills development, and long-term direction, as well as contributing to good collaboration within the organization and with external partners. This is a role where you become central to creating conditions for both people and technology to succeed. Your Profile We are primarily seeking a skilled leader. You do not need to be an expert in materials technology; our employees are specialists in their field. However, you are confident in your leadership and have communication skills that make it easy for you to build trust and relationships.
