Technology and Maintenance Office Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst)
TVK Ledsyst has its main operations in Enköping and Stockholm. The unit's task is to be responsible for the Swedish Armed Forces' command support systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to decommissioning, in both peacetime, crisis, and war. The unit consists of 7 departments with underlying sections, where the Secure Systems Department is seeking a Section Manager for command support systems within Interoperability and Secure IT Components.
Main Work Tasks
As Section Manager, you will work together with the Department Manager and other Section Managers to lead and distribute work within the section and participate in the department's business development.
This involves supporting and representing the department in tasks such as:
• Lead, plan, and follow up on the section's production through planning, coordination, and follow-up of deliveries and finances
• Coordinating the section's reporting
• Personnel management and competence development
• Representing the business area in various working groups
• Developing and implementing new working methods and routines
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Relevant academic degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience as assessed by the employer
• Multiple years of management experience with result, economic, and personnel responsibility in a large organization with complex tasks
• Experience leading change and growth in a large organization with complex tasks
• Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Other Details
Employment Type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the agency.
