You will lead a section consisting of auditors and investigators within the Combat Arena in the Crime Prevention Department. You will have personnel responsibility, be part of the unit's management team, report to the unit manager, and, together with other managers, hold overall responsibility for the operations. The employees in the section closely collaborate with colleagues in the process operations. Our operations are in constant development and change. As a manager and leader with us, you will help drive the development of both operations and leadership. Your placement will be in Sundbyberg, where the section's employees are also located. In this role, you should: - Have the ability to see the big picture with a focus on customer value - Have the ability to create the right conditions based on your understanding of operations and mission - Have the ability to act consciously in daily work based on good self-awareness - Be able to manage and analyze large flows of information, identify connections and patterns, delineate, and communicate information further - Have the ability to communicate clearly and create an environment where we listen to each other. You should also have: - A bachelor's degree with economics or law as the main field of study of at least 180 credits/120 points, or several years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility within public operations - Relevant experience in leadership, coordination, or project management It is desirable that you have experience in leadership with personnel responsibility, and it is also desirable that you have experience working within auditing or process operations in the Swedish Tax Agency's taxation activities. Good to know The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period. At the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply managerial appointments for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security screening with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
