Your Role
At BU Missiles within Saab Dynamics, you will have the opportunity to work in a part of Saab that feels like a small company within a large organization, which means a breadth of technology and interfaces that may be somewhat beyond the ordinary. You will belong to the Systems Engineering and Verification area, which is responsible for overall system work, system safety, Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), technical publications, and verification of missile products.
We are now establishing a new section focused on ILS analyses and technical publications for our products and are looking for someone to lead this operation. As a manager with us, you will have the opportunity to drive the development of working methods, processes, and, not least, the personnel who form the core of our operations.
The section's mission is to secure the product from an operational and maintenance perspective in a business-like manner, and we deliver technical publications, manuals, and other documentation with the right quality at the right time. Your responsibilities as a manager also include continuously improving our processes and working methods. In this role, you will collaborate with managers and employees in other parts of our development organization.
As section manager, you will be part of the area's management team, where you are expected to take an active role even outside your primary area of responsibility. We are currently in an expansion phase, which means you will have excellent opportunities to shape a growing team and its working methods during a time of change.
Your Profile
Developing both employees and the business is close to your heart. You place great importance on being a role model in the organization regarding business acumen, delivery reliability, and communication. Your work is characterized by collaboration and a belief that the team is stronger than the individual.
We believe you have a technical background and experience in the ILS field and/or have worked practically with documentation of complex products. Your technical background has been complemented by leadership experience, preferably in some form of managerial role.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for specific citizenship.
