About the Job
As a manager and leader at the Swedish Tax Agency, you focus on the big picture, create prerequisites, and act consciously in everyday work. Together with others, you work to create value with a customer focus, grounded in our society-critical mission. In your leadership, you enable development and learning by giving mandates and creating significant room for action; you reinforce and follow up on the behaviors and culture needed for us to collectively carry out our mission. You are expected to act and lead even when answers are not obvious, pathways are not clear, and work methods are not self-evident. With courage and insight, you challenge our ingrained thought patterns and working methods and remain open to being challenged yourself.
You are the section manager for an intelligence section, located at the Intelligence and Support Unit of the Crime Prevention Department. You are part of the unit's management team and report to the unit manager. At the section, we work with organized economic crime. We are also a central part of the inter-agency collaboration concerning organized crime. Your duty station will be Malmö or Gothenburg.

About You

You should also have:
- a university education of 180 credits (120 points) or several years of current work experience in intelligence activities or criminal investigation
- several years of current work experience in intelligence activities or criminal investigation
- current experience in leadership, coordination, or project management
It is desirable that you have current digital knowledge in the intelligence field.
Good to Know
The position is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. At the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management assignments up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of up to three years, without limitation on the number of extensions.
A position with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
