Ragn-Sells offers innovative and effective solutions to minimize, manage, and transform waste into resources. The operations in Västerås consist of a facility with various vehicles, including flushing and suction trucks for water and wastewater. The operational water and wastewater activities are led by transport planners, and approximately 10 environmental workers are also part of the team. As the Section Manager for the water and wastewater operations, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and that Ragn-Sells services meet the promised quality. You will report to the regional manager and will be part of the regional management team. You Will Be Offered • A key role within Ragn-Sells with significant opportunities to influence and implement your ideas in practice • Continuous professional development in your role as a leader through Ragn-Sells’ own Academy • Work in a future-oriented industry that contributes to a better society We Are Looking For Someone Who • Has experience in a leadership position, either from previous work or within a sports organization • Holds a post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish as the language is used in daily operations • Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written • Holds a B driver's license It is also advantageous if you have prior leadership experience specifically within the logistics and transport industry or similar operations.
