The company has a unique product and is in an exciting expansion phase, now seeking a driven and business-oriented CFO who wants to contribute to taking the company to the next stage of commercialization.
SeaTwirl's goal is to enable floating wind power where needed, working in markets across the world, from South America to Japan.
The CFO position will be a key role in an innovative tech company with global potential. You will have the opportunity to influence both strategic decisions and operational processes, while becoming part of a committed team with strong drive and belief in the future. Here, strategic thinking and flexibility in work approach are valued, with an ambitious plan to use AI for many simpler processes.
You will be a central part of the management and responsible for leading and developing the company's financial strategy. You will work closely with the CEO, board, and external advisors, actively contributing to both strategic decisions and daily operations. At the same time, you will bear the responsibility of meeting all requirements associated with being a listed company, from accounting to reporting, compliance, and investor relations.
Your main responsibilities:
• Capital Raising – Drive processes to attract capital and new investors, in close collaboration with the board and advisors.
• Investor Relations – Maintain good relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Business Development – Help transform SeaTwirl's technical vision into a commercial success story.
• Management and Board Work – Actively participate in strategic discussions and develop the company's internal processes.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure the company follows applicable regulations and standards.
• Financial Management and Reporting – Responsible for budget, forecasts, and quarterly/annual reporting according to Nasdaq requirements.
• Payroll, Payment Flows, and Reporting – Ensure efficient routines and system support (e.g., Fortnox, QBIS, Setly).
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as a CFO or similar role, preferably from a listed company. It is important that you understand the capital market and have experience in raising capital.
You are curious, analytical, outgoing, and truly want to understand the business to contribute in the best way possible. You should be structured and accustomed to combining strategic work with operational tasks. You should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you can help build structures from the ground up. In this role, good communication skills in both Swedish and English are crucial.
