Assignment Description
A public organization is seeking a Scrum Master to join an agile development team. The team works on system development within Pega, Dynamics, and .NET, and consists of both technical developers, business specialists, and Business Analysts.
Mandatory Requirements
• Must have worked in the role of Scrum Master for development teams in a Pega environment.
• Must be fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
• Must have experience with agile delivery within the SAFe framework.
• Must have experience working with Azure DevOps.
Desirable Requirements
• Should hold a Scrum Master certification according to the SAFe framework.
• Should have experience in the digitalization of business processes.
• Should have experience working in the public sector and/or financial sector.
• Should have several years of experience in project management of complex projects within the financial sector.
