The I-Talent Program is an inspiring six-month journey designed for IT graduates passionate about innovation and sustainability. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a specialized IT role, benefit from comprehensive training, and collaborate with teams across IT, sales, marketing, and R&D. The program not only enhances technical skills but also develops soft skills within a supportive network, preparing graduates to contribute to Scania's mission of driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system. ABOUT THE POSITION

Join the GitLab TRATON Collaboration Team, where you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and innovating our infrastructure. WORK TASKS
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Overseeing GitLab
- Proactively monitoring system stability and security
- Developing automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline operations
- Working with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other modern database solutions
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and interest in both the position and Scania. We seek committed, talented problem solvers who:
- Have a post-secondary education in computer science
- Know one or more of: Terraform, Ansible, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Python, and Bash
- Will graduate in spring 2026 or have up to 2 years of work experience when the program starts in September 2026
- Have excellent English skills (primary working language)
