We are now seeking an SBA Coordinator who wants to help develop fire protection work for our nationwide corporate customers.
Make a Difference with Us
As an SBA Coordinator at Riksbyggen, you will become a key person in our systematic fire protection work (SBA) for our nationwide corporate customers. You will contribute to creating safe and fire-secure environments where people work and live.
In this role, you will have a central function in our fire protection work. Your mission is to ensure that our customers' properties meet all requirements and guidelines within SBA.
You will, among other things:
• Perform inspections, risk assessments, and investigations of property fire protection
• Develop tailored solutions for effective fire protection
• Document and present risks and proposed actions in clear reports
• Capture customer needs and contribute proactive improvements
• Conduct internal training and strengthen SBA competence internally at Riksbyggen
You will collaborate closely with property managers, administrators, and operational personnel – a customer team where we together create safe and well-functioning properties.
You Contribute with Your Expertise and Commitment
We are seeking someone with post-secondary education in fire/fire protection or equivalent education combined with work experience in systematic fire protection work.
As a person, you are customer-oriented and have the ability to see and meet customer needs. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, work independently, and simultaneously build long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has many years of experience in SBA work and the ability to drive processes
• Experience working with risk analyses, action plans, and fire protection training
• Good knowledge of regulations and requirements for fire alarms and fire protection systems
• Education in SBA, fire protection coordination, and design
• Experience in service sales is meritorious
• Project management experience is meritorious
• Has strong communication skills and expresses themselves well verbally and in writing
Location: Malmö
The position requires a B driver's license and access to a car.
