JOB DESCRIPTION With us, you will receive thorough training to ensure you have the best conditions to do a great job. In addition to shadowing experienced staff in care, you will also learn about transfer techniques and medication management. This orientation is also paid! The tasks vary depending on the area of work. In disability care, you may work in a group home or with individual assistance. Tasks range from cooking and engaging in various activities with clients to responsibilities related to hygiene. You will work independently or as part of a team. In home care, you will work independently in the client’s home, providing care and service. Tasks can include medication distribution and personal hygiene responsibilities. In residential care for the elderly, you will work in a facility that typically requires more advanced care for the clients, which means you will learn to use more technical equipment in the care process. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for individuals who want to make a significant contribution to the well-being of others in the community. You should be proactive and driven. You are confident in yourself and eager to learn new skills. You demonstrate a good attitude, both towards colleagues and clients, which is fundamental in all care-related roles. If you have training in care, we consider this an asset, as well as practical experience in the field. Additionally, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. This is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues and for documenting in our journal system. For work in home care, having a valid driver's license is a requirement.
