About the Role: We are seeking a senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to implement and support SAP CS solutions, specifically addressing after-sales workshop services and spare parts management. The role involves translating business requirements into practical SAP solutions, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration across relevant modules. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration. • Recommend process improvements and best practices aligned with SAP functionality, including integration with SAP SD. • Support Spare Parts Order Management and workshop service management processes, including: master data, pricing, item proposals, material determination, cross-selling, output control, sales documents, item categories, schedule line categories, delivery, billing, contracts, account determination, rebate agreements, and partner determination. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of repair processes, goods receipt, storage location management, tracking, and integration with SAP service order processing. Requirements: • Strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. • Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, including hands-on configuration. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS, covering configuration, implementation, and maintenance. • Solid understanding of business processes, technical configuration, and integration within SAP CS. • Comprehensive knowledge of repair processes, goods receipt, storage management, tracking, and service order integration. • Experience with equipment master data setup, warranty tracking, and coordination with SAP SD. • Deep understanding of service work orders and end-to-end repair process integration.
