About the Role
As a cleaning/restoration technician, you will perform tasks related to cleaning and restoring the metro system. The role involves working with chemicals, which requires high safety awareness and the ability to understand and apply procedures. As a cleaning technician, you will be evaluated on the quality and efficiency of your work, and you will work both independently and in teams under the direction of team managers.
As a cleaning technician with us, you will work night shifts (Monday to Thursday, 21:00-06:00).
Your Responsibilities
As a cleaning technician, you will work on various assignments in public transportation environments. Main tasks include:
• Cleaning, foiling, painting
• High-pressure washing and grinding
• Installing advertisements in metro environments
• Receiving, documenting, and registering completed work in case management systems via smartphone
• Work will be based from our local office at Nyboda Depot (Stockholm) and include vehicle transport between assignments - therefore, a driver's license with manual transmission is required
Qualifications
• Hold a driver's license including manual transmission
• Have very good Swedish language skills
• Have approved high school grades (or equivalent) in Swedish, mathematics, and English (beneficial)
• Be meticulous, responsible, and flexible with working hours
• Able to work both independently and in teams
• Be safety-conscious and accustomed to following procedures - work involves chemicals and physical labor
• Beneficial experience: training in electrical work, lift certification, grinding, and/or previous craft work
