About this role
We are seeking individuals who want to work with people experiencing domestic violence, honor-related violence and oppression, and those wanting to leave criminal environments. Sandhem Gruppen AB offers protected housing for individuals exposed to domestic violence (DV), honor-related violence and oppression (HRVF), and persons subjected to other forms of threats and/or violence.
We are now looking for someone with great commitment and preferably knowledge about domestic violence and/or honor-related violence and oppression, who wants to work directly with our clients.

As we grow, we are now seeking additional hourly employees who want to work closely with our clients and contribute to their development and security.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has a degree in social work or social pedagogy, or is currently pursuing such education
- Has experience in social work, preferably working with victims of violence
- Is independent, responsible, and has a strong work ethic
- Has the ability to provide a calm and low-affective approach when meeting clients
- Has personal maturity and interest in participating in and contributing to the organization's structure and methods
We prefer candidates who can work at least 8 hours per week. Work occurs during day, evening, and weekend shifts, and includes on-call responsibilities according to a schedule.
Job Responsibilities
As a team member, you will meet clients one or more times per week to support them in achieving their goals based on their implementation plan.
Work may include:
- Conducting support and motivational conversations
- Supporting clients with practical matters such as employment, finances, and daily structure
- Helping to secure employment, develop budgets, accompany clients to the bank, and similar tasks
- Contributing to client security and continuity during often stressful life situations

Education (Requirements)
- Post-secondary education, minimum two years in social work and care, or ongoing education in these areas
Driver's License (B) (Requirement)
