Your Workplace The Nursing Unit is responsible for municipal primary care and includes patients in regular and special housing within Health and Care as well as Disabilities. Approximately 45 nurses work in the municipality around the clock. The nurses in Härryda municipality are located in Mölnlycke. Buses and trains stop a four-minute walk from our facilities. Your Mission Do you want a stimulating job in a leadership role within our unit? Together with the unit manager, two of your main tasks will be to plan the daily work in the unit and manage the staff group's schedule. Requirements for the Position We are looking for someone who: - is a registered nurse. - is flexible and has a strong sense of overall responsibility in the workplace. - values taking the initiative for improvement work and appreciates a good working environment. - has a valid driver's license for a passenger car. - Previous experience as a coordinator, within a region or municipality, is an advantage. - Personal suitability is of great importance.
