The Health and Care Administration is responsible for the municipality's elderly care, health and medical care, regulatory authority, service procurement, as well as providing care and support under its own management. Welcome to us! **Your Responsibilities** Are you an individual who thrives in an administrative role and is looking for a new challenge? As the coordinator for our nursing on-call service, you will hold a central role in staffing and support the operational manager. Your role includes ensuring that the on-call service is staffed during evenings, weekends, and nighttime. The service is supported by our own staff from the on-call team, nurses from home care and municipal care, as well as hired nurses. You will be responsible for administration concerning personnel and sick leave and will work closely with coordinators in both home care and municipal nursing. Your tasks will also include administration related to hired nurses and procurement from staffing companies. In your work, it is essential to have knowledge of daily and weekly rest periods to ensure appropriate staffing. Your work will also involve the use of operational systems for invoicing, other personnel administration, and orders. **Your Workplace** The mission of the Health and Care Administration is to oversee the municipality's elderly care, home care, and health and medical services within the respective remit of the care and elderly care committee and the social and care committee, as well as to conduct care and support in-house. Each year, we provide care and support to approximately 4,100 residents of Linköping, of which around 1,350 live in supported housing and about 2,800 receive home care. The nursing on-call service ensures health and medical care in-house for elderly care, LSS, and social psychiatry. You will be based at Ålerydsvägen 5 along with nurses, managers, and administrative staff. This is also the base from which our nurses operate during nighttime, evenings, and weekends. Although you will work independently, you will have close collaboration with the operational manager and be part of a team with other coordinators in the nursing organization. You will have a permanent position in your primary profession with a temporary appointment. Your working hours will be scheduled during weekdays from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There is an option to work partially remotely when the tasks allow. **Who You Are** We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education. We consider it advantageous if you have training in health and care. For this position, you need to have previous experience in care and support as well as prior experience in staffing. You should have good computer skills and be proficient in working with Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with Google Workspace, Unit4, Heroma, planning tools for scheduling such as Welfare and Treserva is advantageous. The role requires good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as it involves contact with a variety of individuals. A B driver's license is required for this position. We are looking for someone who is proactive in their work and can plan and prioritize tasks independently. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to work with complex issues through analysis and problem-solving.
