In early 2026, Humana will open its new LSS residence, Skyttorp. We are now seeking you for a key role as a coordinator, where you will help build the operation from the ground up. About Skyttorp LSS Skyttorp LSS is a group home according to LSS §9:9 for four adults in target group 1. Our target group has intellectual disabilities and autism combined with neuropsychiatric diagnoses such as ADHD, mental illnesses, as well as complex and extensive behavioral challenges. The assignment involves a very high and continuous level of care and support where safety, structure, and professional endurance are central components of the work. The target group requires clearly defined support to create safety, predictability, and stability in daily life. The residence is expected to be completed by the end of February 2026 and is located in the calm and secure area of Skyttorp, approximately 25 kilometers north of Uppsala. About the Position We are looking for a driven and committed coordinator for our group home. You will combine your specialized knowledge in LSS care with structure and administrative sharpness. As a coordinator, you will be the hub of the operation and lead the daily work. You will work closely with the staff team under the guidance of the operations manager, who has the ultimate responsibility. You will also perform client-facing work and interventions together with the support staff. Your Main Responsibilities • Coaching: Responsible for coaching the staff team in the consistent, relationship-building, and individualized approach required for the target group. • Safety: Ensure that the residence can guarantee the safety of both staff and residents by leading the daily work with risk assessments and routines. • Predictability: Ability to ensure continuity in staffing. • Structure and Predictability: Drive the work to maintain the clear structure and predictability needed in daily life. • Coordination: Maintain contacts with external actors such as social services, psychiatry, and healthcare. • Administration: Responsible for ongoing administrative tasks, such as schedule planning, managing substitutes, staff reporting, documentation, and ensuring that routines are followed in accordance with applicable legislation. • Quality: Work with incident management, risk analyses, and follow-ups. • Follow-Up and Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation and follow up on interventions and goals. • Recruitment & Introduction: Support the operations manager with recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Who Are You? As a person, you are relationship-building, action-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You easily see what needs to be done, are structured, and have the ability to engage and encourage your colleagues. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your professional endurance. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience and specialized expertise in LSS and/or HVB focusing on neuropsychiatric disabilities and complex behavioral and social challenges. • Relevant post-secondary education such as support, housing, or treatment pedagogy, social work, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. • Documentation skills and knowledge of the Individual Needs in Center (IBIC) approach. • Experience with low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods. • Ability to manage a high-intensity work environment and build increased trust with residents. • Experience in administrative work, documentation, and scheduling. • Good command of Swedish in both spoken and written forms. • A valid driver's license (B category). It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in music, art, sports, or crafts. Employment Conditions • Employment Type: Permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. • Scope: 100% full-time. • Working Hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday. • Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements. • Start Date: As agreed.
