About this role

Care Support Unit Job Description The Care Support Unit is part of the Health and Medical Care Department. The unit supports Region Norrbotten's healthcare operations in fulfilling their assignments. Within Care Support, various issues are coordinated, such as public health, knowledge management, child healthcare, maternal healthcare, youth clinics, gynecological cell screening, national agreements, collaboration, and more. Together, we have both breadth and specialized expertise in different areas, helping each other facilitate healthcare work. We Are Seeking We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in healthcare or equivalent background. You have experience with healthcare issues. Previous experience with analysis, follow-up, and data quality assurance is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You have excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze complex issues to develop solutions supporting regional development. You work structured with planning, coordination, and follow-up to ensure quality in the unit's assignments. You are flexible, comfortable switching between different issues and collaborations. You are proactive and independently drive issues forward to contribute to the unit and region's collective goals. Your Work Responsibilities As a coordinator in the Care Support unit, you will work supportively and coordinatively with the region's healthcare operations. You have a broad work area adapted to current issues and needs within the region and your unit. Your primary tasks include planning, coordination, and follow-up of activities and development in various areas. Work occurs in close collaboration with healthcare divisions. Collaboration is thus a central part of the assignment, with an active role in creating good cooperation both internally and externally to achieve common goals. The assignment includes assisting in developing and visualizing healthcare data in tools and reports to quality-assure decision-making documents and spread knowledge. Your tasks also include preparing political matters, creating various documents, coordinating responses to audit reports and referrals, tracking current cases, providing ongoing support to regional operations as needed, and monitoring developments in your work areas. You will participate in the department's internal development work and contribute a holistic perspective within your areas relative to the department's other assignments. Primary work location is Luleå, but alternative placement is possible by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
