Unika daily activities is located in beautiful Vaxholm outside Stockholm.

About the Coordinator Role
As a coordinator, you will primarily provide support and guidance based on participants' wishes and help create a meaningful daily life through a pedagogical approach. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, staffing, quality improvements, risk assessments, and documentation. You will work closely with the participants.
You will closely collaborate with the operations manager and maintain close contact with the employee group. Your role will be central in supporting daily operations. You will provide support and guidance both within the facility and during activities, and develop pedagogical support based on individual needs.
The position is 100% full-time with work hours during weekdays. As the coordinator role is combined, you will work both administratively and in the facility.

As a support worker, you will:
• Provide support and help in daily life for our users
• Perform standard tasks included in operational planning
Who Are We Looking For?
Ideally, you have experience with LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or knowledge of a pedagogical approach and how to interact with individuals with various disabilities. You are attentive and communicative, understanding that these are crucial tools for good and clear interactions with both participants and their relatives. As a colleague, you actively contribute to a positive and progressive work climate. You naturally see opportunities instead of obstacles and have an excellent ability to adapt to new situations. You can work both independently and in a team with your colleagues.
Qualifications:
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation
• Previous experience in leadership roles and a natural talent for leading and driving development issues
• Experience and knowledge of the LSS adult target group
• Post-secondary education, e.g., support pedagogue, social pedagogue, higher education in pedagogy or social work
Merits:
• Experience and competence in clarifying pedagogy, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAK), and low-affective approach
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral challenges

Collective Agreement: We are bound by the Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E agreement
