Glimtens Home Care is seeking a Coordinator – with experience in home care We are looking for someone who has experience working as a coordinator within home care and wants to be part of our dedicated team at Glimtens Home Care. About the position: As a coordinator with us, you will play a central role in the organization. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on home care services in close collaboration with staff, clients, and relatives. You are an important link between the office and the field, ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who has: - Experience as a coordinator in home care - The ability to work in a structured and solution-focused manner - Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written - The ability to lead and distribute work within the unit, including scheduling - Experience with the social systems within Stockholm City (Parasol, ParaGå web) - Daily follow-up of time registration - Contact with relatives, clients, and care managers - Leadership of employees in their daily work - Development of implementation plans - Client visits/home visits to existing clients - Ordering of office supplies - Preparation of documentation for payroll It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of Epsilon mobile care. The job demands a high level of independence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle stress. - Nursing assistant education or other relevant education - Experience in staff coordination and scheduling The position is full-time with immediate start or as agreed.
