We are looking for two coordinators for our elderly care homes – do you want to help develop the care of the future? We are strengthening our team and seeking two dedicated coordinators for our elderly care homes Kvänumsgården/Tornumsgården and Stenkilsgården. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of care services – contributing to a safe and well-functioning everyday life for both residents and staff. About the role As a coordinator, you will work closely with the unit manager and serve as an important link between strategic and operational work. The responsibilities include: - Scheduling and staffing based on residents' needs. - Coordination between residents, relatives, and staff. - Quality assurance and follow-up of services according to the Social Services Act. - Administrative tasks and documentation. - Support for staff through supervision and work environment initiatives. - In the manager's absence, you will take on a leadership role and collaborate with other coordinators within elderly care. Extended responsibility at Stenkilsgården Stenkilsgården is a smaller unit, which means you will also be responsible for the internship activities within elderly care. You will be the contact person for schools, supervisors, and students, and provide support to managers regarding student placements and internship tools. We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks. - Is structured, solution-focused, and has good collaboration skills. - Is proficient in IT and has experience with digital systems. - Has experience in internship programs or collaboration with educational providers. - Is confident in making decisions and building good relationships. Access to mobile BankID is required for work in our operational systems. About the workplace Kvänumsgården/Tornumsgården is centrally located in Kvänum, close to shops and public transport. Stenkilsgården is situated in Stora Levene, about 10 minutes from the bus and train station. The positions are full-time, with a working time of 40 hours per week.
