Would you like to contribute? About the Workplace Täby Cultural School consists of a municipal cultural school focusing on art, music, and theater, as well as four contracted private music schools. Approximately 1,800 children and young people come to Täby Cultural School each week. We work to create positive and creative meetings for children and youth. Täby Municipality is now seeking an engaged and strategic coordinator for the culture and leisure department, focusing on Täby Cultural School, where you will become a key player in our creative environment. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to combine organizational talent and service-mindedness with a passion for culture and leisure, education, and community development. You will work closely with the Cultural School Director and Deputy Director and be part of the cultural school's administrative team. Your Responsibilities As a culture and leisure coordinator, you are a central employee in driving and developing Täby Cultural School's offerings. You will work with various administrative and operational tasks focused on the cultural school, including course administration, student management, and some invoicing. By using administrative systems like StudyAlong and Visma, and managing facilities, keys, etc., you are a crucial link in ensuring that cultural school teaching and various activities run smoothly and efficiently. You play an important role in editing and updating our digital platforms through Episerver, ensuring that the course catalog and website are current, and publishing news about our cultural activities. With responsibility for managing our culture and leisure venues and coordinating purchases, you ensure that our operations function optimally. You are the face outward and make sure our internally employed staff and private partners have access to the resources they need. You are essentially the spider in the web of an incredibly exciting operation. Your Profile We are seeking someone who is structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You have previous experience in administrative work, preferably within culture and leisure or the education sector. You are comfortable handling various digital systems. An understanding of business principles and municipal economics, as well as the ability to think strategically and long-term, are important characteristics for success in this role. Your personal qualities are equally important. We value that you communicate clearly, enjoy order and organization, and have the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally. You are someone who not only follows directives but also actively seeks new opportunities and solutions to improve and simplify our processes. A relevant post-secondary education is meritorious.
