About us:
HVB Villa Nora is a residential care home for girls aged 10-14 who are in unsuitable environments, have committed minor offenses, experimented with drugs, and exhibit challenging behavior. The facility is located about 5 km outside Uppsala, in a rural area close to nature. We operate based on learning psychological principles and evidence-based methods with a focus on CBT. Through clear pedagogical practices, we will create structure and safety, which helps clients understand their daily lives and take responsibility for their development.
About the position:
As a coordinator, you, along with the operations manager, will be operationally responsible for the unit. You are expected to independently lead, organize, and develop operations in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, goal and steering documents, and in accordance with assignments from clients. You will act as a team leader for your staff and also work on certain tasks as part of your role as a treatment educator. Additionally, the job will involve being an important part of the daily contact with the youth by, among other things, navigating everyday life together and having supportive conversations.
As a coordinator at HVB Villa Nora, in consultation with the operations manager, you will primarily work with:
- Main responsibility for a specific number of clients
- Coordinating tasks, reviewing, and quality developing the operations
- Resource planning
- Developing and revising execution plans
- Documentation
- Coaching and mentoring staff
Who are you?

For this role, a degree in social work, behavioral sciences, or at least a two-year post-secondary education, such as treatment educator or social educator, is required. Work experience and other skills deemed equivalent by the employer will also be considered.
It is also advantageous if you:
- Have experience in treatment work for children and adolescents
- Have experience with CBT
- Have experience with documentation work and medication management
- Have experience in a supervisory role
Working hours and employment rate: 100%. The working hours are Monday to Friday, during the day and evening.
Salary: Will be according to agreement, and other compensations will be based on collective agreements.
Other:
- A valid driver's license (B) is required
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential
- Good computer skills are required
- Before employment, we request a criminal record extract from the Swedish Police Authority.
