About this role

In the municipality of Klippan, we are motivated by development and aim to get a little better every day. Here, everyone has the opportunity to make a difference - both for each other and for all those within our operations. With us, everyone's ideas are welcome, and there is space for you to be creative and brave in your own way. We trust each other and create together. In this way, we find joy in our work. We in Klippan are our core values, and our directions "Want each other's success", "Dare to stand out", and "Fun at work" guide us in our work. Klippan Municipality is seeking employees for assignments within our preventive services. Klippan Municipality continues to develop preventive work towards our municipal residents. We want to promote health and create better quality of life for both relatives and next of kin. One step in this is to develop our work with preventive services and further develop support for relatives of the social administration's target groups. Through advice, support, and guidance to managers and employees in the social administration, we aim to strengthen individual-centered approaches and working methods. Based on a rehabilitation perspective and through preventive work, we seek to increase opportunities for individuals to have a good and independent life for an extended period. WORK TASKS We offer you a broad assignment with freedom under responsibility where you can make a difference. The assignment will be carried out through collaboration with various actors within the municipality, civil society, and user organizations. The work will involve close cooperation with different professions such as social workers, nurses, and unit managers. The basic structure and scientific foundation for all interventions is based on the five-finger model. The assignment involves working both strategically and operationally. Klippan Municipality is part of Kristianstad University's work on preventive home visits (PRE-H), where you will conduct these together with a colleague. The focus of the assignment is to promote quality of life for people with mental health issues and involuntary loneliness through preventive interventions that you design and implement. Organize study circles, meeting point activities, and lectures for both small and large gatherings. Digital inclusion will be an important factor in your work. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with relevant higher education for the assignment, preferably with a few years of work experience from public services. You should have knowledge of social services' target groups. Previous experience with smaller project establishment and implementation is meritorious. As travel is involved in the service, having a B driver's license is advantageous. As a person, you have a flexible approach, are attentive and proactive. Given the nature of the position, there will be a significant requirement for working independently in both planning and implementation. We seek someone who is confident and unpretentious in their professional role, easy to collaborate with, and able to create and maintain good relationships. You should have the ability to give presentations, lectures, and training, adapting these to the target group's needs. Additionally, you have a strong interest in developing new working methods and following up on the effects of your interventions for our residents. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION To ensure the quality of our recruitment process, we work with a competency-based recruitment tool. We will review applications continuously and may call candidates for interviews or fill the position before the application period ends. When applying, please only attach your CV and preferably relevant grades/certificates. You may be asked to answer a few questions as part of our selection assessment. We do not use cover letters in our recruitment process. If invited to an interview, you will need to verify your merits with certificates and grades. You may also need to present a valid driver's license for the service vehicle if relevant to the position. To work with us, you must show a valid passport, national ID card, or personal certificate along with an identity document at the employment interview.
