Helalivet Care is a company that operates outreach daily activities and offers housing support. We are currently in a phase of expansion and are seeking an additional coordinator for daily activities and housing support.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Your main responsibilities as a coordinator will involve leading, planning, and participating in the daily operations of the daily activities program. As a coordinator for parts of the housing support, you will meet with clients, plan and follow up on interventions, as well as supervise and schedule staff.
You will work closely with the unit manager and colleagues.
About You
The work is varied, which requires you to have a high degree of empathy, initiative, flexibility, and patience. You should be able to work independently with a strong ability to handle difficult situations while providing a professional approach and maintaining a strong belief in people's own resources and potential for development. We also expect you to have good skills in prioritizing, planning, and collaborating.
Administrative tasks such as documentation and planning are computerized, so it is essential that you have good computer skills.
A driver's license (B) is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
Secondary or post-secondary education with a focus on LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or neuropsychiatry. You should have work experience with the target group and preferably experience in supervising others.
Salary
Individual salary setting and a 6-month probationary period.
Collective agreement is in place, along with a wellness allowance.
