About the Position as Coordinator
Within the Employment Services unit (AMT), we offer work training in Samhall's operations as a provider to the Employment Service. The work training for participants with reduced work capacity takes place in real environments within our existing customer assignments, led and distributed by our area managers. Participants undergo work training without production requirements and with guidance from Samhall employees. As a coordinator of the work training, you will be responsible for customer relations and for developing and coordinating AMT services in your area. You will collaborate with the Employment Service, your colleagues, the participants in work training, and Samhall's area managers in the Helsingborg area.
In your work with the participants, you will:
• Inform all parties involved in the collaboration
• Assess the participants' work capacity
• Match participants to the right workplace and tasks
• Adapt work based on individual needs and conditions
• Challenge and coach for development based on individual abilities
• Follow up with participants during their work training
• Document work capacity
• Report the results of evaluations to the Employment Service
You will have great opportunities, together with your colleagues in the team, to organize and plan your own work.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Ability to create contacts and build good relationships
• Higher education or other training/experience that the employer considers equivalent
• Experience with services procured by the Employment Service
• Experience with Samhall's assignments
• A valid driver's license (B)
As a person, you are committed, reliable, and attentive. You have good self-awareness, and you are open and curious by nature. Your fundamental attitude is positive, and you have the ability to motivate those around you, believing in people's capacity for development.
