About this role

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the staff group. This involves planning and re-planning daily customer visits and communicating these arrangements to the staff. The role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with customers, employees, relatives, social welfare case managers, primary healthcare providers, and others. The work encompasses quality assurance of our customer interventions, such as through spot checks. Risk analysis, quality assurance, and work environment are integral parts of daily operations. You should be prepared to work on-site with our customers as needed. You will need to understand our customers' needs and preferences. You will work in close collaboration with the operations manager, who will support you until you can work independently. The position is multifaceted, and there are excellent development opportunities for a driven individual. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
